A comprehensive PPAP product control system is established to perform CPK data statistics and SPC data analysis on all products. During early development, we use DFMEA and PFMEA to ensure potential problems are considered and addressed during all processes, with PPK reaching 1.0.
To further ensure product quality, we promote pre-planning of APQP product quality and conduct comprehensive product reviews, ensuring we can trace each product through each production step, from raw material to the finished products.
We use raw material from only suppliers that have passed our qualification assessments. The suppliers will be also asked to provide RoHS and third party inspection reports, material composition content test reports (MSDS), metallographic analysis reports, and material processes to ensure all material properties fully meet our production requirements.
Throughout the production process, our workshop inspection team completes the IPQC (process control) by performing torque tests, tensile tests, and elastic limit tests on semi-finished products to achieve a higher qualification rate and complete SPC data statistics, as well as the IPQC inspection report.
Our factory is also fully outfitted with a set of finished product testing equipment, including two-dimensional image measuring machine, coordinate measuring machine, torsion dynamometer, dynamometer, salt spray tester, and more, allowing us to strictly control the dimensional accuracy and ensure product mechanical properties, pressure, and corrosion resistance.
