1. Exhaust Muffler Parts
According to the requests of the client, this part needed to be punched with 368 holes with a diameter of 1.2mm on a SUS316L stainless steel plate of 75mm × 100mm and 1.5mm thick. At that time, they finally found us after failing many times to find an accurate mold. Due to our experience, we were able to develop a mold that met their requirements. After the inspection, the muffler parts were put into mass production, and the daily production output was 40,000 pieces.
According to the client's request, this pedal should be able to pass a 200kg load bearing test.
We used 6063 aluminum alloy as raw material for the foot pedal to ensure its strength.
By innovatively designing molds, we provided a more cost-effective product while ensuring products’ quality and functionality.
For instance, we can ensure the accuracy of our product by controlling the dimensional accuracy of the mold, and high density material is applied to improve the pressure bearing capacity and service life of the mold.
