Times Electric Co., Ltd., a subordinate enterprise of CRRC contacted us for a special control cabinet used on the light rail. Due to the long-term outdoor use, based on the special requirements of the use environment, the client claimed that the welding process of the cabinet would need to meet ISO3834-2 standards, and the salt spray test must reach more than 900 hours. We used 316L stainless steel as raw material and have a special surface treatment to ensure the corrosion resistance of the product. The welding of the entire stainless-steel cabinet is done by laser welding equipment to keep the products strong.
